Toffee, vanilla, and bourbon make it easy to drink this strong libation as a hop spices the take along with a roasted coffee bitterness. Wing Over is a sumptuous barrel aged barleywine. Plums are discernible during the grapefruit, bourbon, and date finish. A grapefruit like hop coalesces with the caramel, toffee, bourbon, and pine solution. A piney hop coalesces with the bourbon, caramel, toffee, and roasted coffee composition, where dates gives off raisin and cane sugar notes.
